Terms and Conditions of 442 Tickets

Buyer’s Agreement

By confirming your requirements through any medium, you enter into a contract (buyer’s agreement, contract) with 442 Tickets. This agreement is deemed made when 442 Tickets accepts your order and provides a confirmation email (invoice). Your use of this site is governed by the following terms and conditions, as well as any other policies or guidelines posted on the site. If you visit our site or make a purchase, you are agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

Obligation

The utilization of Website Services requires User subscription or registration on the Website, indicating acceptance of the present Terms of Use.

Requirements

Both Sellers and Buyers are required to provide a credit/debit card number with an expiration date after the event date. You must have the cardholder’s permission for the details provided.

Sourcing

All tickets offered on 442 Tickets are sourced from individual sellers.

Once 442 Tickets has sent the first email to the seller, indicating that the sale is pending or confirmed, the offer cannot be withdrawn or modified. The seller must save the tickets for the buyer. Once a transaction on an offer is accepted by the buyer, 442 Tickets will send an email confirming the sale, and the seller must complete the transaction to allow the buyer effective use of the acquired titles/tickets.

Ticket Delivery

Secure delivery methods requiring a signature on receipt of the tickets are used. You can choose your delivery method on our checkout page. We reserve the right to deliver tickets as e-tickets with no refund on delivery fees. Delivery methods from promoters may change, and regardless of format, the same administration for our dispatch team is required. While the majority of tickets will be delivered within 7-10 days of your event, certain occasions may see tickets released closer to the event for security purposes. 442 Tickets guarantees tickets in the section you have ordered or a free upgrade to a higher-priced category.

Season Cards

Failure to return a season card to 442 Tickets within 48 hours of the event concluding may result in a fee of £175 per season card.

Credit Card Payments

We accept major credit cards. Purchasing by credit card does not entitle you to cancel your order or grant variances from our terms and conditions. Attempts to defraud us will be met with legal action. Contact our customer service for order-related issues, as we are here to assist you.

All Sales Are Final

No refunds are possible unless an event is canceled and not rescheduled. Under rare circumstances resulting in non-receipt of tickets in time, the buyer will be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and we cannot issue duplicate tickets under any circumstances.

Regulation

The buyer must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.

In The Event of Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the buyer minus an 8% booking and administration fee. If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter, tickets will be valid for the new date. We are not liable for travel, hotel, or other expenses for canceled/rescheduled events. It is your responsibility to verify the concert status before traveling.

COVID-19

If an event is canceled due to COVID-19 or otherwise, we will refund the full amount minus an 8% booking and administration fee. If the event is rescheduled, and you cannot attend the new date due to COVID-19, a credit note for the ticket’s market value will be offered. The credit note can be used on 442 Tickets over a maximum of two orders. You can also resell your ticket privately at your own risk.

Your Order

The seating charts on the site are there to serve as a guide when purchasing tickets but do not guarantee exact section and/or row locations. If an error is found while processing your order, you will be notified and provided with other available seating choices or the option to cancel your order. We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets at no additional cost. Additionally, we reserve the right to downgrade under rare circumstances, in which case the buyer will be contacted to ensure that the tickets are suitable or if a partial refund is warranted. Bookings for (6) or more seated tickets will be allocated as close together as possible. For The Last Night of The Proms at The Royal Albert Hall, tickets are sold in pairs. Any order for odd numbers will be supplied in pairs and single tickets seated as closely together as possible.

Premier League Tickets

Event date and time are subject to change. No refunds for rescheduled matches; tickets will be valid for the new date and time. Ticket categories may differ from the official organizer’s categories. Block, row, and seat numbers are not known before purchasing. Tickets are guaranteed to be seated together up to (4), with orders for more than 4 seated as close together as possible in groups.

442 Tickets is a secondary marketplace for tickets to live events, not affiliated with the Premier League. Ticket Prices are set by sellers and may be below or above face value. 442 Tickets is not associated with the Premier League, its organizers, or sponsors. The term Premier League is used to describe events without permission. 442 Ticket’s tickets and packages are not affiliated with the Premier League.

442 Tickets aims to deliver tickets 2-6 days before the match; dispatch time for Premier League tickets can be short, with delivery sometimes on the day of the match. Tickets are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier to hotel receptions/concierges. We reserve the right to make you collect tickets from a pick-up point relatively close to the home town’s club stadium (scheduled in advance). E-tickets, if applicable, will be emailed to you.

Delivery Policy

Payment Policy

Credit/debit card details must be provided with an expiration date after the event date. Permission from the cardholder for the provided details is required.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds are possible unless an event is canceled and not rescheduled. In rare circumstances leading to non-receipt of tickets in time, the buyer will be refunded.

Return Policy

442 Tickets does not accept returns. Once a transaction is accepted by the buyer, the offer cannot be withdrawn or modified. The seller must save the tickets at the disposal of the buyer for effective use.
